Scott Jenke & Zoe Maud Love HealthyFit. As the name suggests, it’s a place for people who train to stay healthy. I was a regular pre-Covid and I’m so glad I started attending regularly again this year. The trainers are lovely and knowledgeable- I appreciate Frank’s low-key friendly vibe at my early morning sessions as I don’t want any over-the-top loud rep-counting encouragement at that hour! After a few months attending regularly, I realised how much progress I have made when moving a large, heavy piece of board with my husband recently and I could manage easily, feeling my core and arms working without having to think about it. Every day life is just easier when you’re stronger - thanks Frank!

Back In Motion Physio Clayton - NSW

itsADG I came to Skye with a back injury that had developed into nerve pain, and from day one, his treatment methods and advice have been top tier. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me a solid plan, and reassured me that with time and consistency, things would improve — and he was absolutely right. The combination of stretches, dry needling, and practical advice made a huge difference. I’m now fully recovered with no pain and great mobility. On top of that, my sessions with Skye were genuinely fun to come in for — he’s easy to talk to and just a good person to be around, which made the whole process way more enjoyable. Can’t recommend him enough if you’re dealing with an injury or any kind of pain. You’ll be well looked after. Also worth mentioning that the reception team are always friendly and welcoming, and the communication throughout has been really clear and easy.

Fitnessland - NSW

Zoe jones Victor is excellent at what he does - which is to train, motivate, and entertain. He knows a great deal about high intensity training, and doesnt hesitate to share that knowledge to help you reach your fitness goals. The gym is well set up and equipped. It is the perfect small gym, with a small clientele, but top of the range equipment. Victor would not accept anything less. I highly recommend Victors gym.
