Jennifer Liepin Wow. This place is buzzing on a weekday morning. I got there around 6:30 and the weight room was packed. Thereās enough room for you to rotate onto different equipment, but if a little bit more packed than Iām accustomed to. Mixed demographic of all ages. Friendly front desk. Lovely that thereās an indoor pool. Iām glad to have taken advantage of the one day trial. Plenty of three hour parking right outside.
Belinda Parker I wish I knew about this place sooner. Having had a knee reconstruction twice on the same knee Ive been having pain for years. But now after physio and supervised strength training Ive changed my lifestyle ability. Gill is a very skilled physio with a kind empathetic approach. Andrew is a precious and caring coach but he can make you work. Kieser is not like any gym Ive been to... its better... its made for real people who just want to be stronger and more able in the day to day. The system of physiotherapist working with excersise scientists is great but the friendly welcoming staff is what makes it. Highly recommend them.
Rosie Everett Scott is an excellent nutritionist. I have been an online client of his since January and he has been super understanding around my busy and stressful life and is with me for every step of my progress!
Tylah Smith I have been working with Dean for the past 10 months and have noticed positive changes in both my physical and mental health. I particularly love that every week I notice changes in my strength. Deans constant support keeps me accountable and motivated. I love the diversity of exercises Dean provides in both one on one and group training sessions. Whilst Dean pushes me he is also aware of my personal limits/injuries and grades exercises accordingly. What is most important to me is that I am able to train in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment regardless of my knowledge. I highly recommend training at storming fitness. Tylah.S
