Michael Pane Gym is great, a lot of unnecessary hate going on with the workers. The equipment isn’t super diverse but is kept clean and in good condition. I do personally feel like the etiquette of other gym goers has been lacklustre lately, a lot of rubbish being dumped, weights being left on racks toilets treated poorly, sweat being left on seats after use. In general the gym is great

Fadi Metanios Training with Tina is great and she has all the equipment and weights that she brings with her. I enjoy it and she is so supportive. She provides gentle positive reinforcement. If you’re looking for a professional trainer that knows her stuff and about nutrition to boot, Tina is for you!

WR Fick A small local park with a few recreational amenities. There is a basket ball hoop, a single set of rugby/soccer goal posts, some climbing boulders and some public exercise equipment located at different stations around the park. There is also a drinking fountain.
