Ronak Patel Fitness is not normally fun for me but my wife and I really enjoy and look forward to our training sessions. They tailor the training to each person and most importantly they make sure its not boring. Rob, Mike, Morgan and the team are great - EVERYONE should come here - even if youre an experience health and fitness person youll definitely improve some aspect of your training!

The quality of the classes and the coaching is amazing, and the community is so warm and welcoming. I am really enjoying the balance of progressing through a structured program while still having plenty of variety within and between classes.
