Kanchana has given me excellent advice / guidance and assisted me in market timing and strategies. For each loan kanchana was spot on with details and serviced my loans on time for each property purchase I did. Kanchana goes above and beyond to take care of his customers, One great example: Kanchana was planning a family holiday to his home country, while he was working on my loan application. He update me upfront and while he was overseas on holiday he continuously assisted me to make absolutely sure the settlement goes through fine. in summary, If you want a trusted mortgage broker who will deliver every time with no slip ups with spot on service.
