Tom The process on set up was very easy and smooth? It stops there... Had to pay alot of catch up payments because they stuffed up the start of the lease, then 2 years in I changed companies so am in a mid lease transfer. Has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. You never deal with the same person twice and they all make it much harder than it needs to be. They lose correspondence and make you start your enquiry from scratch at every point. Im still waiting for money to be reimbursed from over estimated running costs nearly 2 months later.. Wouldnt recommend using this company at all. Maxxia have been much more pleasant. Am in the process of getting advice about getting my money back as we speak.

Sarah OD Andrew and his team are amazing at what they do and we can’t thank them enough for assisting us in securing a home loan. As first time buyers we were pretty nervous but the communication from Andrew, Jean amd Brianna was excellent, they were very responsive and always on hand to clarify things.
