His flexibility also allows him to quickly switch tactics if the customer changes their mind about something at the last minute. Roberts great connection with the customers and relentless perseverance to always make the customer happy. You will not find another person in the financial sector who is willing to fight for the best result for you. He often is available after hours and I am always kept in the loop every step of the way.
