1 /5 Anthony Sakell: Big stuff up. An error was made and my refund went to H & R Block instead of my bank account. The bigger disappointment was that nobody called me to explain or apologise they just sent me an email with a link to put my bank account details even though they were clearly on my copy of the return. I assumed it was a fraud. I replied to the email stating it was unprofessional not to call me and just send me a link. There was no reply to that email either. I had to call the ATO to check it wasnt a fraud and then head office to resolve it.
