1 /5 B2 C: I suspect these guys are making money from property valuation instead of actually trying to help applicants approve finances. If you are only inspecting a property for 5 minutes, how well can you do your job? Just run the valuation on Val softwares! And to charge $1100, you just need to do 1 valuation a day to make 30k a month, 300k a year. Then values came back they only approve LVR 70% which is all good but they try to get you to jump more hoops! Pre-approved then valuation then more questions? How about ask more questions before pre approving, before you send a valuer out? Waste of 3 weeks and $1100.

5 /5 Rocky Warren: Ive been broking for 25 years now, and the first place I go with any deal outside of the ordinary is Interim Finance. They listen, and they try hard to make every deal work. Even when it doesnt quite work... theyll do their best to offer a solution. Hard to find guys like this in the industry.
