1 /5 Amanda OConnell: I am very disappointed with the service. I has an over the phone consult booked, I had not heard anything from the accountant 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I contacted them and the accountant was very rude and tried to say he called me (which was not true as I had not received any calls). I explained I wanted to cancel the appointment as I was not happy with the service this was met with a blunt and rude attitude. EDIT: I received a confirmation email with the my correct number on it from ITP and when I contacted the accountant he even confirmed my number. There is nothing wrong with admitting fault and apologising. Had he not have been rude and just apologised for being late I wouldnt be leaving a bad review and you would have kept a customer.

5 /5 Hannah Norman: My husband and I received excellent service from Riad this year. I usually do our tax myself, but this year was more complicated than usual and I was becoming overwhelmed! Hence we enlisted the services of Riad at ITP. He was able to sort out the issues and we got a great refund - the process was easy and simple and Riad was a delight to work with.
