Novenda Labendia Becoming a small business customer at the Bexley Bendigo Bank was so easy. Yvette was awesome. Answering all our queries and being the link to all of the different departments we had to deal with whilst setting up our banking requirements and EFTPOS and the like, made the whole process so much easier. Yvette also made it so easy with all the paperwork with numerous telephone conversations and emails also answered promptly and always with a smile and greeting us by name when we visit the branch. Such personal and attentive service, we have not experienced in our business banking journey from any other bank.
