5 /5 Zoe Markopoulos: Ive been going to JD functional fitness for almost a year and a half now and I can genuinely say its one of the best things Ive ever done. Before starting I had little to no experience working out and to be honest just the concept of it made me shudder, however after some time with Jess I can truthfully state that I love working out now. Jess is incredible at so many things, her flexibility for session times, teaching the actual information required to understand the exercises and get the best out of them, the variety in the workouts (In the one and a half years ive been with her I dont think I’ve ever done the same workout twice, meaning Im never bored) and her dedication to seeing my goals completed. Oh and how could I forget shes the absolute BEST person to listen to a rant after a long day. Jess is such a genuinely kind and funny person and she has done so much for me and my goals. I feel so much stronger now and am really proud of the progress Ive made in my lifestyle, diet and overall fitness and strength because of her. I would recommend her to anyone and I am so thankful to her for all she has done for me.
