1 /5 Jonas Bueno: I had a very bad experience with Patricia. There was a big lack of communication and I felt that she couldnt care less. I didnt get any legal advice and there was no preparation and organization for mediation. On top of that, ten minutes before mediation she charged me an extra fee to start the mediation without notice. She didnt had a machine for me to pay by card and she was yelling about it. Saying she wouldnt help me if I didnt go to an atm to withdraw money. The whole situation was very stressful and the timing couldnt be worse.
