Jennifer Cavender I joined Lucie’s Masterflow program this year because I wanted some structure and accountability for creating a life that I love now that I have left my corporate career. The program was beneficial for me because we took time to reflect each month on what we had experienced so far, set intentions and goals for the next month, and discuss what things could be getting in the way of our success. Ha being a safe place to share my mistakes and my successes was very helpful in helping me to stay focused and not be too hard on my progress.
