I have to say, I enjoyed having chat with him, he was very friendly and explained everything in terms I could understand. He showed his profound knowledge and provided pragmatic advice. But what I liked most was his way of engaging, very human. You get the feeling he is there to help. One other thing I liked is that he gave me a quote over the phone without actually seeing what he needed to do. but when I got to his office and asked to confirm the quote (I thought it would be more after I sent some papers) he just said "nah its what I said on the phone, Im a man of my word".
