Jenelle Stafilis just had my 90 minute massage at Natural Wellness. I was so happy with my experience. The space is so beautiful and calming, from the reception to the spa room, to the bathroom. Such attention to detail with beautiful furnishings and a calm and tranquil feeling. Sarah delivered probably the best ever massage that I have ever experienced. She was extremely professional, gave a thorough and detailed introduction. Her massage was exactly what I needed and unlike most Ive ever had, did not leave me disappointed. I was so relaxed and felt so nice in both mind and body after the massage. I will definitely be back.

James Wright TEAM is a fab community gym in Elwood. Know for their expert personal trainers and tailored programs. Great for people training for events, recovering, maintaining strength or getting into fitness after a break. The community spirit (from Liz and Simon) is lovely.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Justina Cho Hannah is the best instructor. I’m new to pilates so was feeling nervous, Hannah ran through the fundamentals and made me feel so informed and welcome! Even in group classes she has a personal touch and i can see how much I’m improving. Definitely recommend Our Breathing Space to anyone!
