Only invested with their Global Equity Markets division for just over 7 months and they managed to lose almost half my portfolio. Failed to invest my funds on the basis they promised they would and I paid for the privilege with a management fee. They also managed to profit $4k in the 7 months in brokerage fees.
They spoke of refunding all of the management fee, which later became a part refund and surprise, surprise no refund was ever paid.
Great scam and worthy of another Royal Commission into misleading or deceptive conduct in the broader financial services industry.
