5 /5 Michelle Chan: I’ve been attending Kula since March, starting with the Intro Pass, then the Pilates Starter Pack (1 class a week), and now the Pilates Lovers Pack (3 classes a week), which also includes access to classes hosted in yoga room.
I have done over 80 classes since March. All the teachers are attentive, knowledgeable and caring. My favourite classes include Pilates Reformer, Yin Yoga, TRE workshops, Sound Bath, and Mellow Flow. Sound Bath and Mellow Flow on Friday evenings are the best way to start my weekend.
I was initially hesitant to join because I wasn’t very physically fit, but I’m so glad I gave it a go. I loved it from my very first TRE class. As a yoga beginner, I started with Yin and Gentle Yoga and recently began Flow Yoga to challenge myself.
There’s a great variety of classes and times, which makes it easy to fit into any schedule. I’ve also tried the infrared sauna and Zenthai massage with Emma, which was relaxing.
Jen and her team have created a warm, welcoming, and deeply nurturing space that feels like a second home. I feel mentally and physically healthier, and I’ve finally built a regular movement routine. I look forward to classes after work or on weekends.
