Kay Marsh Best gym ever. Small and personal. Started here with my kids swimming lessons with Zenta over 35 years ago and more recently with my grandson. I do aqua classes now and all the staff especially Jess and instructors are always friendly, so helpful and fun. Monicas class is always a laugh no matter how tough she trys to be (she really cares) the whole experience is a great time no matter how young or old you are. Highly recommend (obviously).

The Base Yoga - NSW

Hayley C I found the studio welcoming, it smelt great it was the right temperate and amount of light. I felt as if I was in Bali. Chloe hosted my first class and she was lovely, little bit of humour in her teachings which I loved. The staff were helpful, friendly and welcoming. I never felt like anyone was judging your ability, experts and beginners welcome.

Jake Cutler this boxing gym in south melbourne is awesome. first time i’ve done boxing and all the staff are super accomodating to each level. i trained with almost all the staff and they’re all friendly, helpful and take the time to answer questions about technique, etc. highly recommended for a good community, friendly people and learning some awesome skills

Elite Physiques - NSW

Sarah Willmot I have been going to Christian for almost 3 months now and I cannot recommend him enough. He takes all of the mental load for the sessions; sets everything up, has all of your exercises planned, and tracks everything to make sure you are progressing. During the session hes incredibly helpful in adjusting form and pushing you to challenge yourself. I also have lower back issues from a lack of core strength, and Christian adjusts my exercises to avoid hurting myself. He also goes beyond the exercise and knows a lot about nutrition. This is the only time in my life that I have noticed changes in my body through changing food and exercise.

Clive Pedersen Asked some questions about a comp on the gold coast as we are travelling over from NZ - no reply in 1 week. Not difficult questions. Seems they are as poor as Gymnastics NZ.
