Even all the people in the classes are awesome everybody respects one another and motivates each other to work hard and get results. IF YOU WANT RESULT’S GO TO TOP LEVEL BOXING. From 116kgs to 86kgs in 6 months that’s my result and I’m happy at the moment I am at 95kgs.

Tom Rodgers Discovery Health and Fitness is a fantastic place to train with excellent equipment and motivated personal trainers. Karim has a wealth of knowledge that he has gained through his own experiences. In the time that ive spent training with Karim he has fixed many flaws in my technique and has been able to teach me the importance of nutrition. He has gone above and beyond and I would certainly recommend him to anyone from beginners to professional athletes.

Carrie Nammuni SJJA Willoughby has be a fantastic introduction to the sport. My son loves his sessions with Ryan and has progressed so well. Jui Jitsu is excellent in developing strength, coordination and confidence! Everyone is friendly and it is a great learning environment.
