1 /5 Elloise Adams: I went to this Gym for over a year seeing a PT who was fantastic, I was only involved with my PT and never signed a contract with the gym directly. Once I stopped PT, the owner of the gym continued to charge my account and ended up overcharging me and owing me over $600. When I and my previous PT attempted to contact Dean regarding the payments he was unable to respond to either of us. It took over a week of myself and my PT pestering him to organise my refund and once he finally refunded me I was still refunded short of what I had paid. Dean was unable to reach out and offer any sort of apology or communicate with me how he would rectify the problem despite my many attempts to get in contact with him. Overall really disappointed with the service, the company and the way they handled this.
