5 /5 Lynne Li: I had an amazing experience at Leap Health and Wellbeing!
It was my first time trying Aerial Yoga, and I was so pleasantly surprised by how challenging, fun, and insightful it turned out to be. Ive been a long-distance runner for 12 years and also work as a dance teacher, so I came in thinking this class would be easy for me — but I quickly realised how much I still have to work on when it comes to body control and posture alignment.
The aerial yoga practice really highlighted my tendency for anterior pelvic tilt, something I wasnt fully aware of until now. Zi, the instructor, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable — she gave detailed cues on how to engage the right muscles and correct my form. It made me realise that even with a strong fitness background, theres so much room to improve in a new discipline like this. I truly enjoyed every moment!
The studio itself is such a gem — warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. Theres a tea corner, changing area, and a lovely sense of community where students connect like friends. The vibe is amazing!
Definitely a hidden treasure in Chatswood.
