5 /5 dm2000: After checking some very positive Google reviews, we walked in to Leda Lawyers with a difficult problem concerning the ownership of a family asset. Alexandra listened intently to our problems and then advised us the best way forwards that would solve the ownership issue, legally minimise the stamp duty and eliminate the risk of any challenges or disputes with regards to the asset. Within no time Alexandra and Mary had drafted up the paperwork to re-organise the ownership of the asset in such a way as to eliminate the chance of any future claim against it. Well, with that difficult problem solved, we immediately sought the advice and assistance of Mary and Alexandra to sell an investment property with us providing vendor finance to the purchaser. Again, Mary and Alexandra prepared the transfer papers, mortgage documents and specific repayment schedules exactly as we required and promptly attended to the settlement.
