Sarah Boek I have been training with MXA Performance for over six months and love it! Adams knowledge, professionalism and support is outstanding. As a new comer to Strength training I have always felt completely comfortable and in excellent hands. His classes are individually planned to the clients age, level of experience, and take into account the clients individual goals and any injuries or conditions. Absolutely recommend MXA 100%. I have seen fabulous results and look forward to every training session.

Mary Al We stayed two night’s in the Pendelum suite and it was beautiful. The room was beautifully decorated and was very big. The bathroom was also the same. The view was even better than I imagined it would be. The staff were amazing. So polite and so accommodating, a special thank you to Amy who greeted us with a big smile on Christmas eve right up until we checked out on Boxing Day. Shannon who served us at breakfast on Christmas day was also so so lovely and if I’m honest I’ve not come across such a dedicated and happy team at a hotel before. Hats off to everyone. The hotel is spotless , so clean and spacious. The gardens are also beautiful...it’s safe to say that we will definitely be coming back! The breakfast is also amazing, great spread and variation both healthy and gluttenous haha!

Kate Gniel I can highly recommend Laura and Pinot Pilates. Having never done Pilates before laura has helped guide me through each session with confidence and makes it fun. Laura uses her magnetic personality and sound Pilates knowledge to help bring the best out in everyone during each season. I always look forward to my session.
