Tam Sewell We have been members of F45 Crows Nest for almost 4 years. When my husband first suggested it I was not a fan of the idea, I didn’t like the idea of group training and thought I wouldn’t “fit in” in that kind of environment. Armand and Brigid have created the most amazing community, and one that we feel very much at home in. All of the coaches are incredibly supportive - shout out to Keegan and Jino for always getting the best out of us. The transformation in our bodies and general health has been life-changing. We find ourselves spruiking F45 and our friends wonder who these gym-lovers are. We love it and we love F45 Crows Nest. If you are unsure, give it a go. You may even be as pleasantly surprised as us.

SolLucia6 Spacious and well equipped gym. If you don’t like extremely crowded gyms, this is the place for you. There are certain peak hours but it is great to find a place where you can work out without feeling cramped. Very clean shower room & attentive staff.
