1 /5 Václav Švec: I was recommended Lifestyle accounting and Troy because it was my first tax return so I booked an appointment with them. After about an hour Troy did mine and also my partners tax return, I payed $400 for us both and was promised to receive invoice, thorough tax calculation and payment details via email the same day (it was Friday). On Tue next week I emailed Troy just to remind him to send the stuff he promised. No response. On Thu that week I called and emailed several people in the company and was promised that the details will be sent immediately. That didnt happen so I tried my luck the next day again and after several calls we finally received the things we begged for. I thought the headache was over until I received a notice from the ATO that my tax return was calculated incorrectly because I was on a working holiday visa so no tax free threshold is available to WH makers. I however mentioned my visa status during my appointment. I didnt know what to do so I described my situation to Troys assistant and asked for a compensation or refund (even partial). She replied that she forwarded the email to Troy and I havent heard from him since then (for two weeks already). I called the ATO myself and sorted it out. I honestly lost hope and patience and I wont be investing any more energy and time to deal with them as it obviously leads nowhere and Id be given only promises they cannot keep. I expected a bit more professional behavior. I rarely write any reviews but Ive never experienced such poor service before.

1 /5 dva radio: Following our promising introductory tele meeting, Troy has disappeared ignoring my follow up email. No recap or answering my additional questions. Nor quotes provided either. Very frustrating and disappointing approach.
