Anne Lytle After realising that my body was not going to spring back to normal after a few surgeries, a concerned friend recommended doing pilates at Bodyfirst. As a life-long runner, I had never done pilates and was sceptical. But after a few sessions, its value has become very clear. I leave the studio in significantly less pain and can feel myself getting stronger and more balanced. Not only are Julie and her team experienced, knowledgeable and committed to their clients health and success, but they have created a beautiful family feel to the studio and the experience. I highly recommend Bodyfirst to anyone regardless of their previous pilates experience!
