Ivy My experiences at this post office has always been efficient. When I have required assistance, I am provided with clear instructions. There has also been times where Amazon drivers/Private couriers have left my parcels here when I had specifically signed to have the parcel dropped off without signing. This morning, I came in to claim a parcel. I am appalled at how some of you choose to behave. These workers are here to assist you and provide you with a service. Do not be rude to them. Australia Post may not always have reliable delivery timing- however they are very secure and honour all their policies. If you have agreed/signed to collect a parcel yourself or have someone else collect for you, then you need to remember that and honour it. And for gods sake, bring a VALID and the CORRECT ID, its been like this for many years. *A valid ID is one with a address. *The correct ID is the one that matches to the parcel. This is a reminder for all customers to take some responsibility for yourselves rather than throwing attitude at a worker. This behaviour is not okay.
