What I really appreciate is that he always checks in on how I’m feeling, whether I’m sore or fatigued, and then adjusts the program to suit my condition. No complaints, just support.
It’s the same with Muay Thai—since I usually train the day after my weights session, Tim knows I might be carrying some pain, and he adapts accordingly. I train twice a week with him and another two days on my own, and the program he’s built has helped me drop body fat while gaining strength.
After 18+ months, the results have been fantastic. I’ve worked with other LMP trainers before and always seen progress, but this time both Tim and Matt have noticed a real change in my physique. Honestly, I can’t recommend LMP enough—these guys are excellent.
