From the start, he was very easy to talk with and knows his stuff. We thought we would never get a home loan in today’s climate - but he proved we could, and are now fully approved by the bank with settlement coming in a few weeks. Luke was very approachable, being available to answer our “at times” stupid questions - and gave us the peace of mind we needed throughout the process. Even when there was a hurdle we thought would prevent us getting the home loan, he was able to pivot quickly to get us what we wanted. We can’t rate Luke high enough!
