Tania van Zijl Thomas Sabo customer service is literally "second to none". They are exceptional. The responded immediately to my enquiry via the "contact us" tab on the website and went out of their way to accommodate my request. They even sent follow-up emails to ensure all my requests were actioned. Their jewellery is always received within a very short time frame, well packaged and looking better than expected.
