The process from idea to actual ring has been so smooth and efficient and I was happily surprised by how personalised the experience was, despite the larger online presence. We booked an appointment and was able to come in the next day to try on rings and discuss the style I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or as if the team was just there wanting to make a sale. Eli truly wanted to help create the prefect ring for me.
