I have a line of credit with them that is completely inaccessible. they always have a reason not to allow access . the latest one is due to my wallet been stolen so some payments to other companies where missed while I organised new cards etc. There was no disruption to their payments. just beware the sale team are great everything else in the company is just a roadblocks
