Naomi Wijayasinghe I absolutely love The Lean Lab! The barbella class is a refreshing and energetic way to workout. The workouts themselves are challenging but suitable for anyone no matter whether you are a beginner or expert. Both Melita and Olivia are amazing trainers who listen to you, your goals and if you have any injuries, modify and tailor the workouts to suit you. They also are super focused and spend time to teach you the right technique. This is a great studio. Facilities, classes and coaches are all amazing.

Amelia Boyle Amazing gym with modern and updated facilities. As someone who trains on the floor and in classes, I have had an amazing experience. The reformer/pilates/yoga are my personal favourites, challenging but leaving me feel energised and refreshed. Instructors are super friendly especially for beginners. I also have liked using the sauna to unwind and recover.

Mount Martha Yoga - NSW

The Small Seed I’ve been suffering long term with back and neck issues which always made me hesitant to try yoga, Emily at Mount Martha Yoga was recommended to me and I’m so pleased I gave it a try. She was able to tailor a program for me that was gentle enough not to irritate my back or neck. I felt completely at ease and confident under her guidance. I look forward to my sessions with her each week.
