Hemant Goel We approached Renato with a funding requirement for a 140 Lot Development project in the middle of Pandemic. $18 Million was what we needed to settlement the land and fund the first stage of Civil Works. We had only about 20% equity and were looking to borrow 80% in a time when it seemed impossible to get even 60% lending on development projects.
