1 /5 Mira: I it’s so frustrating being with Macquarie Bank .
My 15 year old has lost his Macquarie ID, we called them and they spoke to my son , they told my son to to go through ID verification to give him his Macquarie ID.
He did what he was asked and sent his documents over to them but it’s been over a week and they haven’t actioned it. All they need to do is help us get our MacquarieID .
I don’t understand why this has to be so complicated and why does it have to take this long . And each time we call it’s just very disappointing because no one is able to help . A bunch of useless people pick up the phone and not able to help.
I’ve been disappointed with this Bank so many times never ever Bank with this one save your time and bank somewhere else .
Because God forbid if you forget your Macquarie ID, you have to go through hell to get it back .
I’m at the point that we don’t know what else to do , my son needs to have access to his account but but he can’t. It’s absolutely frustrating and disappointing .
This Bank literally holds your money and won’t let you have access to it. It’s very scary. You never bank with this one .
