1 /5 Chris Scullin: Do not use Macquarie Bank for a Car Loan! Absolutely terrible product. To get a payout figure you have to wait 3 - 5 business days. Or you can call the contact numbers, wait on hold for 42 minutes and then get told they will raise a request for you to get the payout in 3 - 5 business days. Bad luck if you decide to trade your car in an need a payout figure faster than this. What a joke of a service offering. If you dont want to provide the service then dont offer the product.
1 /5 Tia Daoud: I had an extremely frustrating experience with Macquarie Leasing. The customer service was unprofessional, and the staff are incredibly rude when I tried to resolve an issue. Not only was I met with swearing over the phone, but getting in touch with anyone was nearly impossible. I had to call multiple times just to get a response, and the whole process was filled with frustration. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Paid our monthly payment by BPAY 10 days before the due date, they wiped our account trying to take payment on the due date when we had already paid. Left us with an overdrawn account and nothing to feed our family. Hardest company to get in contact with. We don’t have hours to sit on hold, let’s email instead. Emails never replied to.. the one time we actually got hold of them on the phone (simply to ask for a statement) they didn’t even have our cars details on file. Then the statement would take “5-10 business days” to be sent. Are you bloody joking? This company is pathetic, never ever again!
1 /5 kranthi kumar: I never usually take time especially twice to write a negative review but this bank is so set on to ensure NOT TO satisfy their customers by setting rules such as unable to changing direct debit date unless two repayments are made?? one for the existing date and another for the future date requested ? I mean growing up, Customer Care meant something, it was to provide care for customers not to use as a legal loop hole to trap customers.... cant wait to finish my loan and never to have any dealings with this Bank.
Seriously I would rather pay more interest and deal with Comm bank...

To see how much the business has grown is a testament to how good a product and team Paul has built around him. I’d especially like thank Paul Kearney and Kevin Ly for the care, hard work and advice they have provided over the years, but more so over the last 12-18mths whilst I was going through a very tough time personally.
