Fitstop Bentleigh - NSW

Tamar Adler Fitstop has been the most motivating and supportive gym I have ever gone to - since starting there 4 months ago I have almost reached my goal weight and I feel so much stronger. The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging and the flexibility of different class times makes it easier to stay consistent and motivated. An added benefit is how the trainers are able to support and provide variations on exercises if you need it due to injury or lack of experience and the focus is always on just improving at your own pace, within a group setting. I am so grateful that I found and joined Fitstop, I highly recommend it, it is a little bit addictive - in a really good way! ❤️

Fun2move - NSW

Schuubs Toobs My words don’t do justice but I’ll try: Inclusiveness, character building, communication, promoting both independence and team work in a fun way. Diversity- All children on the spectrum are welcome, irrespective of ability or mobility. My child has formed solid friendships in this group, All the kids have. Obstacle courses, group games, ball sports, free play. The crew understand each child’s needs, personalities and likes, and encourage them to adapt, socialise and enjoy. Ooh… and they’re an NDIS provider!

See Change PT - NSW

Stella Anning Maree and the team at See Change are awesome. It’s a lovely community and really great for families - I take my 4 yo and he gets to have a play with some friends he has made there while I work out. They have great facilities for the little ones and plenty of equipment for the group classes. The group classes are so affordable, it’s hard to beat!
