1 /5 Aidan Cook: Dealing with Maxxia has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from the very beginning. From the initial stages of organising vehicle delivery to the ongoing management of the novated lease, the process has been riddled with errors and poor communication.
They’ve repeatedly misallocated payments, directing funds meant for running costs into lease repayments. This left me unable to access the money I was entitled to for legitimate vehicle expenses — completely defeating the purpose of the lease arrangement. When I raised this issue, the response I received was essentially: “It still went towards the car,” and I was advised to increase my contributions going forward. This suggestion came despite their own administrative error and failure to manage the lease in line with our agreement.
It’s been an uphill battle every step of the way, and I wouldn’t recommend Maxxia to anyone considering a novated lease. There are better providers out there who take accountability and treat their customers with respect.
