1 /5 Lisa Begg: Did not even get the chance to try out this firm. All I did was make an enquiry after being recommended to try them from my accountant. The young girl who first answered the phone was unsure but very polite. The lady who next answered the phone was very rude and abrupt. Felt like maybe the phones were not supposed to be working and interrupted their day off or something. I had already been speaking with another law firm about my enquiry but due to them being closed for a few more weeks we were keen to get on board with another firm sooner (so I already knew all in the details that were needed in regards to how it works). I was spoken to like I was a toddler and she assumed I knew nothing about what I was asking for and continued to speak over me. Even to one point when I advised who I used for evaluation I had to repeat several times before she stopped and had a slight shock to her voice as it was someone she recognised. I will not be engaging in their services and I will discourage any one who asks me as well. I will also tell my accountant of my encounter who recommended them as lovely and good lawyer firm. Thanks for you insulting tone.
