Teigan Forbes Amanda from Active Collective has been my fabulous personal trainer for several years now. She is passionate, knowledgeable and always bubbly. She works hard to cater for my schedule and fitness needs which is important when life is so busy. I feel deeply rewarded after each session and recommend her highly for anyone wanting a fitness instructor who really cares about their clients.

John OHare Love this gym ... staff are friendly, equipment is absolutely top notch and I really like the way the gym is separated into consecutive rooms of cardio machines, cable machines, and free weights / bench / press with studios upstairs. Its a great set-up, and NO annoying music. I didnt have classes in my 2 week visitors membership, but was very impressed with the Neo-Tokyo neon spin room. I got in 6 great workouts over my 2 weeks in town and loved it. Ill definitely be signing up again to keep the middle-aged-man-ceps happy next time Im in the UK to visit my Mum. Thanks to all the staff & fellow fitness fans at 5 Star for being awesome.

Manuka Rupasinghe Honestly love this gym. I’ve been to a few places around the area, but Zap Fitness Craigieburn (Grand Blvd) has easily been my favourite so far. The equipment’s always clean, the bathrooms are actually looked after, and the whole vibe is just super chill and welcoming. And I’ve gotta give credit where it’s due — Kirat’s a legend and seriously lifts the whole atmosphere. He’s always on the ball, keeps everything running smoothly, and genuinely makes everyone feel included the moment they walk in. It makes the gym feel way more inviting and way less intimidating, especially on those days when you’re dragging yourself in.
