Robert Haus Went into the store on a Thursday evening look for a birthday present for my darling mother. Being a very indecisive person i expected a jaded employee to do the bare minimum to point me in the right direction. I was pleasantly surprised to be helped by Glenn who went above and beyond in helping me make my decision. Even after changing my mind several time, he continued to present a helpful attitude and I ended up finding exactly what i was looking for. Very pleasant experience thanks to the wonderful staff, and reasonable prices.

My engagement ring needed to be resized and she did THE most beautiful job so now it fits perfectly, plus you would never know that the works had been done. Angela was very professional, helpful and lovely during the process as I was a little nervous to hand the ring over to anyone as I was recently engaged. janete de castro costa Sulabh and his wife Reema Jain runs their shop for quite a while, I know then since I was living in Neutral Bay around 6 years ago and they never disapponted me. They are a lovely couple that provide their customers with amazing, friendly customer service. You can find beautiful jewellery for all kinds of budget and they are always helpful if you want something in particular, maybe a different stone or style, they will do their best to meet their customers needs. I highly recommend a visit to Goodies Gem shop in Neutral Bay or online, they have beautiful things and its very hard to leave the shop without something for ourselves.
