Carol Goddard I have had sessions with Laura for a persistent shoulder injury that was stopping me from doing lots of things I love to do. Laura guided me to work on the strengths I have and to ‘work with’ the limitations of my shoulder. Fast forward to today and I now have full range of movement in my shoulders and they are now as strong as ever and I am pain free. Laura thank you for your patience and persistence, and for seeing a path ahead for me even when I couldn’t see it for myself. Laura I really appreciate what you do and even more importantly how you do it.

Personal Coaching Health Club Mulgrave - NSW

T T I’ve been going to PCHC for over six years, and it is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been part of. I’ve tried a few gyms in the past, but nothing compares to the value, the dedicated coaches, and the amazing atmosphere. The coaches always put your goals first. They adjust programs when needed, keep workouts interesting, and really listen to what you want to achieve. Their support is consistent, genuine, and makes a huge difference. I’ve recommended several people over the years, and they’ve all had the same positive experience. Even my parents, both 65+, train here with their own health concerns. The coaches know exactly how to guide them safely while still keeping them motivated. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best gym out there. I feel incredibly lucky to be part of such a well-run, supportive community—and I don’t plan on going anywhere else.
