Linda Turvey It’s such a beautiful upstairs space with a welcoming relaxed reception area where Wendy the owner is proud of her space and the practitioners who frequent the rooms! There’s an infrared sauna which I’m a big fan of for detox! There are small sized Pilates classes run by Wendy which I love also. There are lots of workshops available for the community. Definitely my wellness home! Thank you Linda

Body Form Pilates Education and Physiotherapy/Pilates Studio in Avalon + Cromer - NSW

Leah Opie-Lukins My team had Kira-Leigh come to our studio and do a full day of the anatomy injury course and went over many elements of the bump to baby course. The day was absolutely incredible. The depth of knowledge shared throughout the training was unmatched. Everything was backed evidence, and real-world experience. I especially loved how practical it was (basically the whole day). Every concept came with immediately usable applications, which made it so easy to implement the learnings straight into our classes. Kira-Leigh also delved deeper into the injuries we were seeing more regularly in our space and really helped us to be able to make confident adjustments quickly. The structure of the course made the information easy to retain, and the hands-on components truly brought the theory to life. We walked away feeling more confident, inspired, and far better equipped to support pre and postnatal clients safely and injured clients more effectively. I can’t recommend Kira-Leigh enough for any instructor wanting to expand their expertise and feel genuinely empowered in pre and post natal Pilates and injury management.

Ayman Ive been a member at Rileys for close to a year and couldnt be happier with my experience, mainly because they have: - the latest and wide range of equipment; - gym floors and bathrooms that are regularly cleaned and tidied; - a modern aesthetic to interior design and lighting; - excellent customer service from Christian and the rest of the crew; - a space thats never too crowded and a friendly member culture; and - flexible payment options that are good value for money. Having been a member of most other boutique and franchise gyms in Sydney, Rileys is definitely a standout and Id highly recommend joining.

Pursue Health - NSW

Hudda Rudda Just just about everything associated with sports and Physiotherapy... fine-tuning your body is catered for at Pursue Health, even massage. Paul and the crew have been really incredible with my recovery from my large posterior extrusion spinal damage to my L4 and L5 touching on the S1 nerve which caused sciatica, numbness and loss of muscle movement to my left leg and foot. Paul’s no waffle approach is great, straightforward, plain speak and supportive and at no time do you feel like you’re being taken for a lend - that happens so often in less ethical practices, stringing you along forever. The service is a comprehensive detailed physio work on my injury that leads to one-on-one training in the on-site gym if you’d like to have support during your recovery. It was not insisted upon, only suggested if I struggle to do my own recovery they can help and it was really affordable - far more so than I had imagined. I have private health cover which helped and made it a no-brainer. I mean it’s hard to knock back a 30 minute personal training session specifically designed to aid my recovery for an out-of-pocket that’s under $20 bucks let’s face it! Incredible. Tash has been great in the gym, strength conditioning, without pushing me too far, but still stretching me to get results. Sally in massage has been incredible, It’s fair to say however if you just want a tickle and relax head to the local shopping centre, but for real massage that does you good and feels great, she’s amazeballs and so knows her stuff. It’s really an all in one physio destination, is how I would put it, with a sports physio focus. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a physio or chiropractor say “look I don’t think I need to see you for awhile, your doing well on your own, maybe in a month let’s check-in”. “Of course you’re welcome to visit with me more if you want and can afford it, but I don’t think regular set weekly appointments are required presently”. How refreshing is that so hear, it’s almost unheard of. These guys are great and the real deal. I couldn’t recommend this team more highly

I’ve been at FitStop Dulwich Hill nearly two years after taking a three-year gym break and I was looking for something to get my love back for the gym. I’m so glad a friend encouraged me to check out this gym! The coaches are incredible: supportive, motivating, and always ready to adapt workouts to fit your needs and goals. People talk a lot about community but it honestly stands out; apart from the encouragement and welcome vibe, there’s social catch ups, fun fundraiser events, many fitness challenges like Hyrox and Turf Games, run clubs, 6 week challenges, and more! If you’re looking for a place that makes working out fun and motivating, this is the spot.
