Botany Fitness Performance Centre - NSW

Rohan Drayton I started crossfit two years ago when I turned 40. Thinking I was too old to start again. In two years I am the most fittest I have ever been. My flexibility and strength is thru the roof. The coaches are very experienced and warm welcoming to new or experienced athletes. Everyone is coached to a high level in a very safe environment. Doesnt matter how unfit, unfexible or old you are. They cater to all types to help you on your fitness journey. Its never too late to start again and live again. I highly recommend doing hyrox, aero or sport classes. They will help when competing in hyrox or crossfit events. The Botany fitness community is so supportive. Especially the Sunday run clubs. We exercise but socialise over a coffee afterwards ready for a new week ahead.

Plus Fitness 24/7 Cremorne - NSW

matthew mathauda Amanada is great, she always makes you feel welcomed and takes the time to welcome and say goodbye all the gym members. The rest of the team are also great and the personal trainer Rob is very polite, offers assistance to members and you can see he cares about people being able to hit their goals. Depending on the time you visit you usually have machines or free weights available to use, what I like about the members of this gym is everyone is very polite, respectful and friendly.

Park Towers Reserve Outdoor Gym - NSW

T atts The outdoor gym at Park Towers Reserve in South Melbourne (251 Bank Street) offers a refreshing and free way to work out outdoors. Nestled beside a playground, tennis rebound wall and basketball court, the space features four main equipment stations including a chest press, leg press, aerobic cycle and body twist. What makes this facility especially appealing is its integration into a broader recreation area—while you train you’re surrounded by green space, open lawns and other active amenities. The ground surface is rubber-matted for greater comfort and safety, which makes it suitable for all fitness levels. The lack of entry fee is a huge bonus. On the flip side, as an outdoor setup, it has minimal shelter so weather can affect your workout and some pieces may be more basic compared to indoor gyms. All up, it’s a handy and well-situated option for a quick fitness session in South Melbourne.

The Gym Factory - NSW

Anthony A I had a great experience at The Gym Factory. There’s always plenty of space, the gym is clean, and the equipment is well looked after. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and the personal trainers are approachable and supportive. It’s a great place to train in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

rebel Werribee - NSW

Mick Odgers We experienced exceptional customer service from Lucas P. He was very helpful and patient with my son helping him with a new pair of rugby boots. Lucas showed great knowledge of the stocked products and was able to recommend a pair that were exactly what he wanted. After checking we had everything we needed he went straight on to the next customer.
