He took the time to research and provide me with options for the design and diamond choice in the engagement ring I purchased for my fiance and he was patient with my many questions. I had a requirement for a very short turnaround for the whole process due to an upcoming overseas trip, and Michael delivered exactly as he said he would at each step of the way. Gary Ford Absolutely fantastic service. I cant believe the negative comments I am reading because our experience was so different. Weve come over from England for a holiday to see family and my daughters wanted to look in Pandora. The prices here are about half the price of the shops in the UK. Jordan was fantastic with the girls (14 & 10), couldnt help enough. Even put the new charms on for them, chatted and gave lots of advise. We went back a few weeks later as the girls wanted to spend some more there. Jordan recognised us straight away and was really helpful again. Even advised my eldest on some lost items because of something faulty . She was fantastic, great knowledge, friendly, and helpful . Even had her photo taken with the girls. Shes a credit to your store and company. These negative comments must be from people believing they could get something for nothing.
