He took the time to research and provide me with options for the design and diamond choice in the engagement ring I purchased for my fiance and he was patient with my many questions. I had a requirement for a very short turnaround for the whole process due to an upcoming overseas trip, and Michael delivered exactly as he said he would at each step of the way.
