1 /5 Anna Parsons: Abhorrently poor quality and dishonest service. Was told claim would take 1yr max, they delayed for no reason and it took over 3yrs. The figure I then finally received was not even one quarter of the amount the claim was actually worth (and of the figure they had consistently guaranteed). They then took a third of that figure for their excessive costs, which they refused to reveal throughout the duration of the claim until the actual day of settlement. I have lodged complaints about this poor and dishonest conduct of this law firm, especially solicitor Ms Kelly Keane, who is currently being assessed by the Office of the Legal Services Commisioner, and other complaint bodies.
