Due to the interest rates it was getting to a point where I couldnt borrow enough. I had spoken to a few top recommended brokers and almost all said Id need to wait until my approvals had come through which was going to take a few more months. They said they couldnt do much about it. I saw Jodie was recommended by others in a local Facebook group and Im so glad I reached out. She managed to secure me not only financing for my build but also a great rate. She worked directly with the bank and found a deal which others couldnt.
