I could not have wished for a better PT (Danny) or a more welcoming, friendly and supportive environment from the other trainers at the gym and Shane (the owner). I love my PT sessions and the classes that are available and I now visit 4-5 times a week! The boot camp sessions are challenging but fun, and the PT sessions are personalised to my ability. Trainers ensure that Im using proper form and making progress. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, making it easy to stay consistent which key to getting fit.
