Sophia is always available to assist with any questions and welcomes suggestions from members on how things could be improved or new equipment considerations. There is a great community feel with this gym and the 24 hour 7 days a week access is perfect.

Courtney Zamar Absolutely love this Pilates studio! The instructors are so kind and encouraging — they make you feel comfortable even if you’re a complete beginner. They’re also incredibly supportive; they always check your form, correct your posture, and guide you through the movements, especially when they see you struggling. Every class leaves me feeling stretched out, refreshed, and super fit. The space is beautiful, clean, and really relaxing, and there’s such a warm community vibe. ❤️

Elyce Smith My partner and I have been training with Triston for over 2 years now and we could not recommend him enough! He has been the most compassionate, motivational and enthusiastic coach! He reads our energy well and adjusts our workouts on the fly to ensure we can maximise our time and obtain results - regardless of what kind of day/week/month we’ve had. He’s also been great at supporting me through personal/mental obstacles and demonstrates a genuine concern for my overall health. The gym is tidy and well looked after! And the other coaches are incredibly friendly, always making sure you are comfortable and smiling! A great space with great people - just avoid complaining about your forearms!
