Tim was always happy to answer my questions and took me through the process of refinancing with the understanding that from time to time I was feeling I did not understand what I needed to do next. 1 /5 Keira Nicolls: Its a real shame for Multipart that Tim turned sour as quick as he did when he didnt get his way with my case. I decided to refinance directly with a lender (not use a broker) that had a very beneficial deal and Tims fury showed me my best interest was not his priority. There was no gratitude towards the previous 4yrs of business I have brought to him across multiple properties and also referrals so Im glad this side shone through and I can see walking away will be of great benefit to my finances. I gave a star for helping me get on my feet in the first year when they werent biting off more than they could chew.
