5 /5 Angela Ellison: Excellent customer service today. I went into Lane Cove branch this morning to deposit some cash. Approximately half an hour later, I lovely lady called me to explain there was a discrepancy in the amount of money counted and that an additional deposit had been made. Could not be happier with this branch. Always great customer service, thank you.

1 /5 Ankur Gandhi: Went to open an account and was asked to come later even though everyone was available and free. I dont see anywhere written of lunch time and keep getting excuse of lunch time. In this time, banks are requesting People to open an account and these guys were not ready to do that.

1 /5 Cedomir Smokovic: Appalling customer service. Called in and was told I could open kids account that day (Thursday). Walked in with the kids to be told to come the next day as they dont open accounts on Thursdays. This is just the latest example. Will not be coming back and Im moving away from nab altogether.

1 /5 Niall Hughes: Never open. Even when it says on Google that it is, they arent. Was directed here after dealing with their terrible app and still cant close my accounts.
